Cancellation Policy

Safety & Health Policy for Kids Workshops Your child’s safety, well-being, and comfort remain our highest priorities. Parents may leave their children in the studio or stay on-site; for those who choose to stay, we offer a separate room where parents can relax, enjoy TV, read journals, and have a cup of coffee. Supervision & Environment All workshop activities are supervised directly by the event organizer. Parents who choose to leave may do so after signing in; children remain under the organizer’s care during the event. The workspace is designed to be safe, clean, and age-appropriate for children 5+ years old. Group sizes are kept manageable to ensure proper attention and safety. Food & Allergies Simple snacks and water are provided for each guest. Parents must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. No hot beverages are served at kids’ workshops. Children with severe allergies should have necessary medications available, and the organizer should be informed at drop-off. Health & Cleanliness Hand-washing and sanitizing are encouraged before and after activities. Behavior & Participation Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions to maintain a safe environment. If a child cannot safely participate, the organizer may redirect them to a calm area or an alternative craft. Pick-Up & Drop-Off A parent or authorized adult must sign each child in and out. Children will only be released to adults listed on the authorized pick-up list. Emergency Preparedness The organizer is prepared to respond appropriately to minor incidents. Parents will be notified immediately if any concerns arise. By purchasing tickets for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Safety & Privacy Policy.
